Would love to attend but have mild social anxiety and would be attending solo. It would be outside my comfort zone. I KNOW I need to do things exactly like this to live a more fulfilled life but finding the courage is my hurdle. Now I choose, can I do this?

Kripalu might be the perfect place for you to explore your comfort zone a bit. There's a silent dining room if you'd like to have your meals alone, you can walk the grounds and keep to yourself, and you're in charge of how much connection you want. At Love Camp, you'll be invited to do some exercises. All of them are optional.

By the way, most people attend Love Camp solo, so you'd have that in common. And I can imagine a few also stepping out of their comfort zone. The first Love Camp I ever hosted was also the first retreat for most attendees!

I only just subscribed to your Substack and found out about this earlier this week - I'm really hoping you do another one because I'd *love* to do a Love Camp!

Truly wish I had the money and was able to attend because sounds informative and something needed, but I could only offer a session or more on several violence prevention (e.g., women’s self defense class)—which I think would not align with the goal of LOVE CAMP! Lol Nonetheless, I am already planning on attending a future camp!!!
