Come to Love Camp with me (my 5-Year dream come true)
June 20-22, 2025: Join me for a life-changing retreat where connection, play, and love come together
After five years of dreaming, it’s finally happening. Love Camp is coming to Kripalu.
I can’t believe I get to write that sentence. And I’d love for you to be there.
What is Love Camp?
Love Camp is a weekend retreat held in a loving, playful, and safe container for us to rest, grow, and learn. Over three days, we'll explore:
The stories holding you back from the love you want
How to infuse more play into your relationships
Tools to become more emotionally available
Practical ways to build a bigger, more fulfilling love life
There will be space to connect, learn, and take time for yourself.
I’ll be co-hosting with my dear friend and collaborator
Poole, who has helped bring Love Camp to life since day one.Why Kripalu?

Because it’s magic.
Kripalu is a stunning retreat center in the Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts. It offers outrageously nourishing meals (accommodating all dietary needs), hiking trails, yoga classes, a private lake, and a sunroom made for mid-day naps. It’s a perfect place to put your phone away, reconnect with yourself, and soak up the beauty of nature and community. I’ve been there three times, and every time I leave, I am refreshed, enlivened, and ready to jump back into life.
It’s truly soul-giving.

The Love Camp Story
My first time attending a retreat at Kripalu was in 2019 with my friend Christen, who had slid into my DMs at the suggestion of a mutual friend. Though we weren't dating, we attended a couples workshop and had a blast connecting with others, exploring the grounds, and being goofy.
Afterward, I called my friend Cara and said, “I’m going to teach at Kripalu someday.”
Fast-forward to creating the first Love Camp in Sedona.
I called Christen to help, and together, we created something magical: a space where people opened up, shared their stories, and witnessed each other in our humanness, all while laughing our faces off because healing doesn't always have to be so serious.
Love Camp was so successful that we hosted it twice more, each retreat unique, memorable, and touching. And there's no way I could have done it without Christen – it's not Love Camp without her.

Last year, while attending a retreat at Kripalu, I bumped into their program director. I nearly cried when she asked if I'd want to bring Love Camp to Kripalu. My five-year dream was coming true.
This love coach business has been a long, slow road. I've often felt alone in my career and wondered what else I could be doing with my life. The truth is that I'm not meant to do anything else but continue to explore the sometimes confusing, often magical, and incredibly touching subject of love.

What past Love Campers have to say
"Love Camp gave me the courage to finally open up to dating again after years of isolation. The combination of deep work and playfulness was exactly what I needed."
"I came expecting to learn about romantic love but left with so much more – self-love, friendship, and a community I still keep in touch with (we made a WhatsApp group!"
“I love Shaun, but I didn’t know how much I would enjoy having Christen there. She shared lots of wisdom, and it’s fun of to see how playful Shaun and Christen are.”
“I was surprised at how easy it was for me to open up to other people there. I’m not really used to sharing that way, but Shaun’s exercises and activities were so thoughtful. I’m grateful.”

Would love to attend but have mild social anxiety and would be attending solo. It would be outside my comfort zone. I KNOW I need to do things exactly like this to live a more fulfilled life but finding the courage is my hurdle. Now I choose, can I do this?
I only just subscribed to your Substack and found out about this earlier this week - I'm really hoping you do another one because I'd *love* to do a Love Camp!
